my teebee was a bit noisy when i used it with the incorrect power supply, but it has cleaned up now. what a kick ass machine !!! already the teebee has transformed the acid techno i am making - so much so that my friend Ron, who i make acid techno with, would like to buy one. he happens to be visiting amsterdam on a holiday next month, and would like to know if he could visit you and buy a teebee, to save on the postage costs. i know that you said you have stopped making them, do you still have any left for sale ?? if you do, could you let me know, as we would like to buy another - as they are so good, and you are stopping making them, so now is our only chance !!! also, do you have any plans for making any other synthesisers ??? if you do, please let me know !!! thank you again, my friend, iain

Hi there! My name is Devon and I'm from Los Angeles, CA. I just bought your TeeBee through the American distributor. I am more than satisfied with your creation! Not only is the sound great, but the extra features and workmanship are superb! I hope your business is going good, because this is one of the highest quality musical products available, it is definately worth it! Keep up the good work! I'm so happy that you are actually making a real clone. People who tell me that RB-338 sounds the same can go to hell!! Nothing comes closer than the TeeBee. Thanks again! Sincerely, Devon Hughes

Hi Guys, Andrew Dewsall here from London just a short message to say thank you very much for repairing my Tee Bee you have made me a very happy man. Thanks also for the record I liked it, are they your tunes? You have made this whole experience totally painless and I really appreciate it. I hope to get on with writing some acid tunes with your great machine straight away now I have it back. Now here is something you can put on your web site if you wish, "Thanks for inventing a wonderful piece of Tech. the Tee Bee 303 is a truly amazing synth and after trying most of the 303 emulators yours is by far and away the best. But not only has Syntecno created a superb synth but your customer service is unparalled with any company I know. Id like to add the Ring Mod function is brilliant. Thanks again.

Date: Thu, 23 Mar 2000 15:35:22 -0800 I received the teebee _very_quickly after ordering it. Straight out of the box this little box turned out to be better than I could ever hope for: it is planet phat!! The teebee is beefier and has a stronger tone than any other 303 emulation i've heard and is by far the synth of choice for the serious electronic music experience. The CV/Gates make my entire rig fit together perfectly and there is nothing that can be said to detract from the teebee's unique sound, character, and charm. Definately a superb piece of engineering! I started laying down traxx from the moment it arrived and the ring mod is wikkid! -David, http://auralscape.net

Date: Mon, 19 Oct 1998 13:08:23 PDT Hello, robert. thank you for following up on the order. not a single company i've bought gear from has ever done that! The teebee is really incredible! you have done a superb job of recreating as well as improving on the original 303 design. the manual was a little unclear about a few minor details, but overall, everything worked out very well. i received it in just about a week and nothing was damaged during shipment. the korg filter is such a perfect addition to the package. i use it the most. with a little distorsion, it's such a cool sound.... i love the big front panel knobs. they make tweaking very easy. and they feel so sturdy. the overall construction is great. i don't know about the yellow though :) how about a cool blue or something? i will send you some tracks once my new cd comes out... Date: Wed, 17 Sep 1997 14:47:48 +-200 Subject: few words from new TeeBee owner ... Yesterday I finally received a box with cool yellow surprise inside. Immediately hooked up and ... Well, I am definitely not original TB 303 freak or techno, acid or house composer (fact is I even don't know what kind of sounds these words cover). My cup of tea is experimental, avant-garde music, strange collages, dirty noises and sometimes hypnotic throbbing basslines. That's the answer why I need TeeBee. My rig includes several synths (mostly analog) and samplers but it doesn't make sense to compare TeeBee with the others. This machine is exactly what I expected before, has virtually the same sound as TB 303 and much, much more, so is easy to understand why I like this box. Of course it is always a question of time to catch the soul of the instrument and find perfect place (in musical sense) for sounds.
Conclusion : You want good cooking - go to Chinese restaurant, You want analog (303 like) "top of its class" basses - buy a TeeBee (copyrights for this slogan owned by me, ha, ha !).OK, OK I am going to finish it. Best Regards, keep the right tune Robert ,Dariusz Mazurowski (aka Stone Dancer)

Date: Fri, 25 Jul 1997 16:47:48 -0400 Subject: Re: interest in the teebee mark III. Thanks for the teebee! i am exceedingly pleased with it. the construction is sturdy, the signal to noise ratio is very high, the features are impressive and it sounds excellent. In my opinion the filter has a slightly softer and warmer sound than the 303, but otherwise i couldn't tell. That kind of sound works better for me anyway. I really like the effect of having the ring mod slightly detuned...it sounds really warm and voice-like. That kind of novel sound makes the teebee much more than a 303 clone. The fact that you aren't limited to a three octave range is a big plus too. There are no sequencing limitations (besides my sequencer) and i like the fact that i can use it like a monophonic synth then break into a 303ish pattern. the slide is more articulate than the 303's (besides a lot easier to program). I must say that i'm glad i never bought a 303...the teebee is much better suited for my purposes (programming trance in which it is effectual to be able to use either melodic phrases or repetitive patterns) and i probably could have bought at least 2 teebees for what i would have spent on a 303, a sync box/midi-CV converter. do you have any plans for any other synths? Thanks, and best wishes, will

Date: Tue, 29 Apr 1997 03:34:34 -0400 Subject: TeeBee. Last week, a customer told me, the Sound of the Original 303 would be much better than the TeeBee. So we compared it together by making the same Pattern on both. With finding the same adjustements, the customer said, it still would sound different. But with a blind Test, he couldn't tell me anymore wich one is 'the one'!. I found it interesting how hard it is to make them belief there can be something else than a TB303 !

From: Marc Naninck
Date: Fri, 21 Mar 97 16:41:21 +0100 Subject: TeeBee Sounds were really nice and I imagined a real 303 pretty much would sound the same. After a few weeks I ran into a 606, which of course I could sync-24 via the TeeBee. Worked very fine, too. The same went for an Arp-Axxe, which I hooked up via one of those four independant fine MIDI-to-CV/Gate converters. But then, I got lucky and found myself an original silver screamer with those nice rounded numbers '303' on it.... and guess what.... The TeeBee really sounds EXACTLY the same!!!! Just do not overdo the self-oscillation of Teebee's filter (keep the resonance under 90% and don't fuck up the agressiveness) and no one can tell you the difference between a real 303 and the TeeBee!!! Date: Tue, 10 Dec 1996 03:03:14 GMT A beautiful synth. The sound is very impressive. I have a Minimoog too and some digital synths, and now I can really say that I understand the people who love analog synths and want to work only with analog machines. The future is digital but I hope the future digital synths will sound as good as the old analog ones. The TeeBee sounds very different from all my other instruments. The sound is warm, sometimes aggressive and very fat, (if you think it has only one oscillator, the sound is very very fat) and the ring-modulator makes the TeeBee 50% better. It sounds very different from the saw and square waveforms, and the detune capabilities make the sound dramatic. Sure is, the TeeBee sounds just as you have heard in so many disco-tecno-dance recordings. The original 303 wouldn't allow me to control a Doepfer A-100 modular system, as the TeeBee will make for me someday. I think you give a lot for the money. The TeeBee is a unexpensive synth with a very rich sound.
